DK Publishing House, India's best and most promising publishing house with 40 years experience needs candidates for various departments as mentioned below in the vacancy columns.
In 1998, DK began operations in Delhi with a team of just 10 people. Led by MD APARNA SHARMA, it now employs close to 300 people in its Noida office. After publishing their first local title in 2013 (Young Chefs with Vikas Khanna), DK India plans to publish 6–8 titles for the local market each year, with special focus on the children’s segment to start with, expanding into new and emerging areas like lifestyle. In 2014 these include Children’s Eyewitness Guide to Gandhi, 100 Indians Who Made History and Find It Delhi, a mini travel guide/activity book for children. This is apart from its commitment to continue to play a key role in the company’s expanded global range of print and digital products.

Current Openings
1. Editorial (Assistant Editor, Editor & Senior Editor)
- Experience: 0-7 years (preferably in publishing).
- Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in any field from an institute of repute (English Hons or Journalism graduates will be given preference).
- Skill-set: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Software knowledge: lnDesign, Excel and Word. Should be well versed with working on MAC OS.
2. Design (Assistant Art Editor, Art Editor & Senior Art Editor)
- Experience: 0-7 years (preferably in publishing).
- Qualification: BFA/MFA or Communication design graduate from an institute of repute. Diploma courses in the area of design will be considered.
- Skill-set: Good communication skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Software knowledge: lnDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Should be well versed with working on MAC OS.
